Residential Design
Victorian House, North Yorkshire
We were asked to provide complete refurbishment of this Victorian Grade II listed property in Richmond, North Yorkshire.
The clients wanted a light, airy, contemporary home, that was also warm and comfortable, and a fitting place to hang their art collection.
The redesign uses greys and neutrals, but also quirky and bold patterns, and the occasional bright colour.
Some structural work involved the opening up of the centre of the house and the addition of a window, before a new kitchen was added.
An Art Deco style library was also designed to provide a home for the clients' many books.
Residential Design
Warehouse Apartment, East London
We provided a complete redesign and refurbishment of this former warehouse in Spitalfields, E1
Small rooms were opened up, with the removal of internal walls, to create an open plan living, dining room and kitchen.
Sleek minimal fittings and furniture were used alongside vintage and industrial pieces to create an individual and eclectic interior.
Residential Design
Cottage, North Yorkshire
We were asked to resign and update this lovely 19th century cottage in North Yorkshire.
The client required a full design service to refurbish this three bedroom property, including space planning redesign work to add a new bathroom.
We sourced furniture, fittings and accessories to compliment the soft colours and warm textures we chose for the walls and floors. The brief was for simplicity, and we wanted to maximize on the light and to avoid over crowding these cottage rooms.
The result is a comfortable, warm and light interior, perfect for relaxation.
